Lab-Specific Biosafety Manual

A printed copy of Lab-Specific Biosafety Manual is required in each lab. The completed document is required for IBC review of your protocol for approval/renewals, and for biosafety inspections by EHS. Completion of this document provides all lab staff with an occupational risk assessment and summary for your work with biohazardous materials.
