Various roles and responsibilities for this program is provided.
Training
Departmental representatives (Project Managers, Supervisors, Field Technicians, etc.) involved in contractor oversight and/or coordination of renovation or construction projects must complete Contractor Safety training. This training is available through Canvas. Contact Robin Miller at rmmiller@vt.edu to enroll.
Contractors performing non-capital project work shall be informed of the requirements of this program by receiving a copy of the program during pre-bid and/or pre-construction meetings, or via this website.
Contractors performing capital project work shall be informed of the requirements of this program during the pre-construction conference, or as determined by the project manager.
